As a young child growing up in the Boroughs of Brooklyn New York, I have always been interested in the art of expression through drawing and my musical talent as a young child. I would often sit and watch other kids express themselves through the art of graffiti by writing graffiti in the New York subways and building walls.
While attending public school I was asked by a childhood friend would I like to play in the schoolband. I didn’t know what an instrument looked like because I was busy sketching figures in art class. Well to say the least, I gave the school band a try and ended up several years later being accepted into the number one school of performing arts in New York City classical and jazz band was the number two Alto sax player.
To fast forward my life, I moved to the State of Maryland in the late eighties landed several successful jobs and achieved many high honors and awards through my employment. I was always intrigued with gadgets, how they were built and what made them work.
About ten years ago, my musical talent lured me into the art of photography where I am able to express myself and capture those creativity images through the view finder of the cameras, F-stop, Aperture or manual settings and archive the art form.
The New York Institute of Photography has taught me the three principles methods of photography to archive the best exposure. Please feel free to visit my website and enjoy how I see the world through the lens of the camera.
