Hi, I'm Stephanie and I would love to be your dog's photographer! I found a way to combine two of my passions - dogs and photography, and my goal is to share that passion with others through my photos. From studio pet portraits to outdoor action shots, and everything in between, I strive to capture the bond between pets and their people and the joy that comes from the animal-human connection.
I got my start as a professional photographer at a herding trial. I spent two days watching the dogs work, studying the stock's reactions, and snapping lots of photos to tell a photographic story. From there, my business grew quickly to include many dog events, pet portrait sessions, studio sessions and outdoor pet photography. Creating art for my clients has become the best part of my "job" and seeing their joy when one-of-a-kind wall art of their beloved pet is revealed brings me so much happiness.
While photographing your pet, I am attuned to the different personalities of pets - from shy to outgoing, they are all unique and that's why my pet photography sessions are uniquely tailored to the needs of you and your dog. I have a background in force-free, positive dog training and promise to deliver great images of your dog...no obedience titles required...I work with all dogs and even puppies! My goal is to capture your pet's personality during a photo session that is fun and memorable for both you and your dogs. Best of all, you will have artwork of your best pal that will last a lifetime!
My Australian Shepherd, Koda, is my #1 training partner and we compete in Agility, Obedience, K-9 Scent Work, and Conformation. And she loves learning new tricks! Most of all, she's my sidekick, hiking buddy, therapy dog, security guard and photography model. Just like your pets, she is an important part of my family...and my camera roll proves it!
