Hey there! I'm pumped you are here. My superpower is building up your confidence and self-esteem to help change how you see yourself and your body.
My mission is to help you gain a new perspective on how to value yourself and shift that belief system (and those nagging negative tapes we run through our heads) that your body is good, regardless of how it looks. You matter!
My Master of Social Work background brings a deep understanding of empathy and vulnerabilities and I pride myself on providing a safe, empowering, nonjudgemental space where you are allowed to be YOU!
It fills my heart seeing your confidence blossom from the time you walk into the studio until the last image is captured and you walk outta here like a ROCKSTAR!
