50% of the session fee serves as your non-refundable down payment for the session. The down payment is non-refundable, even if you cancel the photo shoot for ANY reason. If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions during the portrait session prevent the creation of portraits to meet Shannon’s artistic standards, Shannon may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the portrait session for a later date. SHANNON WILL DO EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO ASSURE YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION IS A SUCCESS!
