Hi, I'm Sara Turbyfill, owner of Sara Turbyfill Photography + Design. I'm a Certified Professional Photographer, brand designer, and marketing specialist based in Parker, Colorado. The session fee covers travel time, the planning appointment, a 60-minute photo session, the ordering appointment, and artwork delivery.

What is typically included in your most popular package?

This package includes a 60-minute photo session, 1-2 outfit changes, 1 photography location, professional retouching, mobile app download, 8 digital images, 2 8x10 prints. *Session fees are waived when purchasing packages.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

I primarily work with natural lighting; therefore, most of my sessions take place outdoors. I'm also comfortable using lighting equipment when photographing indoors.

What photography services do you offer?

As a full-service portrait photographer, I guide my clients throughout the entire process. In addition to professional photo editing and photography services, I help with everything from planning the photo session to styling each client.

What photography items do you offer?

I offer a wide variety of custom photography products, including acrylic blocks, cards, digital images, framed portraits, gallery-wrapped canvases, layflat books, metal artwork, mini snapshots, photo albums, and photographic prints. Additional products are available upon request.

Do you offer digital files?

Yes, digital images are available and can be purchased à la carte or bundled together in a package.

Can you walk me through your process?

I use a 5-step process when working with clients. The first step is a complimentary phone consultation where I discuss pricing, products, and services with the client. Once the client decides to move forward, we will schedule a planning appointment. During the planning appointment, we will cover all details of the photo session including date, time, photography locations, and wardrobe options. The next step is the photo session, which will go according to the plans laid out during the planning appointment. An ordering appointment will take place about 2 weeks after the photo session. During the ordering appointment, the client will pick out their favorite images from their session and place a custom order. The final step of the process is the artwork delivery. Custom artwork will be delivered to the client in person 4-6 weeks after the ordering appointment.

Do you offer a pre-session consultation?

Yes, I offer complimentary consultations before working with any client. This is a brief 15-minute phone call to discuss the client's photography needs and review products, services, and pricing.

Will you help style me?

Yes, I provide guidance for clients to help with styling and picking out wardrobe options.

Do you have a studio?

I do not have a personal studio but have the ability to rent a studio upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Session fees are non-refundable. If a client needs to reschedule their photo session, they must provide written notice at least 48 hours before the booked session. If proper notice is not given, the client will be held responsible for the initial session fee and any additional rescheduling fees.
