Established in 1974, Solid Image Photographic Service has provided professional wedding, event and journalism photography to the greater Washington, D. C. metropolitan area and around the country.
I am a member of the History Makers organization recognized for my body of work over a 35-year career. I have published two books, "Solid Images...A Collection of Memories" in 1994 and "Washington, D.C. 1963-2006" in 2006. I provide pro bono services to the Neediest Kids, Inc. of greater Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia Urban League and the Bill & Melinda Gates Millennium Scholars Program to name a few. I am listed in the "Who's Who of Black Washington, D.C. Directory and I've worked for everyone from Ike & Tina Turner to Michael Jackson and The Jacksons to Donnie Simpson. I am an avid golfer and I've been married to my bride for 37 years this April. I have a daughter who is a real estate attorney and a beautiful grandson who will be 2-years old in April.
