Lucky MACK Studios

Lucky MACK Studios is a Seattle-based portrait studio creating distinctive photography for professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives. My work combines strong direction with an editorial and fine-art sensibility, creating portraits that feel polished without feeling overly posed. For clients seeking a more comprehensive experience, I collaborate with image consultant Harmony Arnold to integrate wardrobe, styling, and creative direction into the process. Whether we're creating a professional headshot or a fully developed portrait session, the goal is simple: photographs that stand apart and that you'll still value years from now.

Every session begins with a conversation about what you need, how you plan to use your photographs, and what you'd like to create. From there, we plan the session, including wardrobe, styling, location, and overall direction. During the shoot, I provide clear direction throughout—from posing and expression to the smallest details, so you never have to wonder what to do in front of the camera. After the session, you'll receive a curated proof gallery to select your favorite images. Your selections are then professionally retouched and delivered as finished photographs.
Absolutely. I collaborate with professional image consultant Harmony Arnold, who can help with wardrobe selection, styling, and the overall visual direction of your session. Depending on the experience you choose, her services can begin before the shoot with a wardrobe consultation and continue on set, where she works alongside me to ensure every detail is considered. Her expertise allows us to approach your portraits as a complete visual experience rather than simply deciding what you should wear.
Yes. Studio sessions are available through my collaboration with image consultant Harmony Arnold at her live/work studio in Seattle's Madrona neighborhood. The space serves as our primary location for studio portrait sessions and allows us to work together seamlessly on photography, styling, wardrobe, and creative direction. I also photograph on location when the concept or client's needs call for it.
