With more than 40 years behind the lens, I've built a career defined by technical precision, creative intentionality, and an unwavering commitment to the final image. My professional journey spans Fortune 500 pharmaceutical art direction, editorial and commercial work, and now real estate and commercial media — a progression that has sharpened every dimension of my craft.

I'm a lifelong New Jersey native with deep roots in the state's business and coastal communities. Photography has always been more than a profession for me — it's the discipline through which I engage the world. Whether I'm on location at a $2M listing or on the water documenting life offshore, I bring the same rigor and attention to light that I developed decades ago in high-stakes commercial environments.

I hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification, PPA membership, and NPS (Nikon Professional Services). My work is powered by a professional Nikon system and guided by Chroma-Light™ Technology — a proprietary approach to exposure, white balance, and light layering that I developed to ensure consistency and brand integrity across every image I deliver.

Do you offer digital files?
Yes — all deliverables are digital. Every package includes fully edited, professionally processed image files delivered in both MLS-optimized and full-resolution formats. Files are available for download through our client portal, typically within 24 hours of the shoot.
Can you walk me through your process?
After booking, clients receive our Property Preparation Guide — a detailed checklist that ensures the home is shoot-ready before we arrive. On shoot day, we conduct a systematic walk-through of the property, capturing HDR bracketed exposures in every space along with any drone or video components included in the package. Images go directly into our post-processing workflow, where they're edited to our Chroma-Light™ standard and delivered through the client portal — typically within 24 hours. We communicate every step of the way, and agents receive a clean, organized gallery ready to publish immediately.
Do you offer a pre-session consultation?
Yes. For new clients and first-time bookings, we offer a brief pre-shoot consultation — by phone or on-site — to review the property, discuss the scope of work, identify any unique architectural features worth highlighting, and confirm that the home will be prepared and ready. For commercial and marine assignments, a pre-shoot walkthrough or vessel visit is standard practice.
Will you help style me?
Our specialty is architectural, real estate, and commercial photography rather than portrait or fashion work, so personal styling guidance isn't a service we provide. However, we do guide clients on property preparation — furniture placement, decluttering, lighting adjustments, and staging considerations — to ensure the space photographs at its absolute best. For agents needing headshots, we're happy to discuss that separately.
Do you have a studio?
TriSky Media operates from our production facility in Old Bridge, NJ. The majority of our work is location-based — we come to the property — but our studio serves as the hub for post-production, equipment, and client coordination. All editing, file processing, and delivery workflows are managed in-house.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that real estate timelines change. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before a scheduled shoot are accommodated at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a short-notice fee to cover reserved time and travel. Weather-related postponements for drone assignments are always rescheduled at no cost. We work with our clients — not against them — and handle every situation professionally.
