What is your cancellation policy?
Nichole Emerson Photography shall reserve the time and date agreed upon once a contract is signed and a 25% retainer payment is made. Because of that we will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, unless Nichole Emerson Photography is able to fully replace the cancelled reservation, all retainers are non-refundable, even if the date of the wedding is changed or the event is cancelled for any reason. In case of fire, other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the Parties, or due to Nichole Emerson's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer payment to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement.
