I have a small but beautiful studio in Aspen, CO and I specialize in outdoor family portraits, photographing children and corporate branding. I specialize in portraiture because I really enjoy trying to capture the unique personalities of people of all ages and walks of life. I push myself to think creatively to compose beautiful and compelling portraits that are raw and natural but always complimentary. I look beyond what a person looks like on the surface and try to capture the untold story of what lies within. Insight is gained by listening to what the subject is telling me through their eyes, expression and gestures. Often, lighting, color, choice of clothes and environment help tell the story.
