Michael Haritan is a certified and photographic craftsman with the Professional Photographers of America, licensed and certified with FEMA, Department of Homeland Security and a PA National Guard Civilian Responder.
Haritan is an award winning photographer with 40 years experience covering a full spectrum of services ranging from architectural, commercial , real estate, corporate events, executive portraits, healthcare and industrial photography. Michael Haritan is the recipient of numerous local and national awards for his outstanding photography, as displayed in the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
His latest project is assembling a book, photo exhibit and lecture presentations titled Chernobyl/Pripyat - 35 years later. His documentation and presentation of the ghost town of Pripyat, Ukraine and survivor interviews will forever leave an impression to audiences of the world's worst nuclear disaster, and the consequences and after effects to the habitat and civilizations for centuries to come.
Haritan teaches two PPA sponsored spring and fall workshops titled: The Art of Nature photography and Sports Car Photography featuring his new Corvette Stingray.
