My name is Matt, I have been engaged in photography for 15 years but as business just a few years. I am also a member of the IFPO (International Freelance Photographers Organization). I began as a hobbyist, capturing images at police, fire, EMS, military events. I have documented over 200 and 30 major accidents. My work has been featured various news channels, training books, newspapers, and magazine covers. Over time, I expanded my portfolio to include landscapes, airshows, weather, and more. I have conducted photoshoots at six different Military/USCG bases and have been on several ships from the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Italy. I utilize three Canon cameras a Canon R6 with a 200-800mm lens, Rebel T6 with a 24-105mm lens, and my first a Canon Rebel XS with a 100-400mm lens. I took up photography to keep me in the loop with first responders but over the years as I branched out, I found that it's my happy place where I can take my camera(s) can just go to some place somewhere and get away from everything and relax.
