Can you walk me through your process?
My Photography Process 1. Inquiry Reach out with your event details, including the date, location, hours of coverage, and any specific photography needs. 2. Consultation & Quote We'll discuss your vision, timeline, and goals. I'll recommend the best coverage package and provide a custom quote. 3. Booking To reserve your date, you'll sign a photography agreement and pay the required retainer. Once that's complete, your date is officially secured. 4. Pre-Event Planning Before the event, we'll review the schedule, shot list, VIPs, branding requirements, and any must-capture moments to ensure everything runs smoothly. 5. Event Coverage I'll arrive early, work professionally and unobtrusively, and document the event with a documentary-style approach while capturing key moments, details, and candid interactions. 6. Editing After the event, I carefully cull and professionally edit the best images for color, exposure, and consistency. 7. Gallery Delivery Your final edited images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and order prints (if desired). 8. Ongoing Support If you need additional edits, commercial licensing, or coverage for future events, I'm happy to help.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and is applied toward your total balance. Once your booking is confirmed, your date is exclusively reserved for you. Cancellations The retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel 14 or more days before your scheduled event, your retainer may be applied to one rescheduled date, subject to availability, provided the new event takes place within 90 days of the original date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the retainer. If the remaining balance has already been paid, any amount beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded, less any non-recoverable expenses such as travel, parking, permits, or other pre-approved costs. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Weather Policy For outdoor events, if severe weather creates unsafe conditions or makes photography impractical, we'll work together to reschedule your session or event at no additional charge, subject to availability. Light rain, overcast skies, or typical South Florida weather conditions generally do not qualify for rescheduling unless they significantly impact safety or the quality of coverage. Photographer Cancellation In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement photographer. If a replacement cannot be secured, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. By submitting your retainer, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
