My name is Kevin and I am an independent local photographer located in the North San Fernando Valley, California. I started out as an event photographer in the '80's and found that I was more interested in portrait photography. I have been a school teacher for many years educating students from Preschool to Middle School. While teaching, I found I really enjoy working with kids, which is where my focus on child photography originated.
My photography of children range from formal to informal, sports, artistic, and specialty themed. Friend and sibling sessions are a fun favorite allowing the kids to be silly. I also do composite photography to place subjects in whimsical or fantastic scenes.
I presently work out of a small home studio, but also go on location and to client's homes for my photography sessions. Each session, I try to make casual, light, and fun for both child and parent alike. I try to keep my prices reasonable, especially in today's economic climate. I have a standard rate but also do mini sessions to accommodate client needs.
