No, our service is remote and at the customer project location. For meetings we can meet preferably on location or at a mutually convenient location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee unless project-specific, non-returnable costs were incurred. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee plus any non-returnable project costs. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed in full. Weather-related reschedules are not penalized.
