Thank you for considering me to capture your special moments! I am a Southern Cal photographer, but I love to travel! I love being a photographer, striving to provide you with unique, custom service and imagery. Being an established photographer since 1999, I began my career shooting film (lots of film!), transitioning into the digital world in 2006. I have shot hundreds of weddings, events, families, done a bunch of commercial work and have traveled a bit a long the way (which I love to do!).
My photography style is organic and timeless, focusing on the emotional aspects and details of your event or session, capturing the desired posed imagery, while incorporating a bit of fine art. My editing skills are endless, so I fine tune each session to each clients desire. I love using natural lighting, but am skilled at indoor lighting and will augment with studio lighting when needed. I follow and give direction well when working with commercial client, outputting only the best, high quality work that will best represent your business or brand.
I have almost completed my book, "Grief to Grace, An Emotional Journey Through Art," a fine art photographic book addressing and personalizing emotions as they relate to traumaI am an avid hiker, hiking 6-10 miles a week. love adventure, dark chocolate, good people, animals, reading, and recently got my Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology. I have spoken on behalf of Operation Underground Railroad (as a volunteer) to educate children and adults on the dangers and negative impact of human trafficking. I currently teach a photography class to middle school as part of their STEM program (so much fun!).
