After reach out, we will discuss what you want to get out of the photo, just just the mechanics. What is the end goal? Conversation over email / phone / zoom / other platforms at customers preference. When appropriate, mock up lighting setup to ensure we're on same page. Scheduling. Signed agreement, deposit payment. After shoot, photo selection, payment, editing, proofing, and then delivery.
