I am a retired US Army Master Sergeant residing in Raeford just outside of Ft Bragg, NC. Most of my work has been centered around the editorial arena with landscapes and nature coming in a close second. All of my headshot/portrait work is done on location for a couple of reasons.Rather than get everyone dressed up and looking good. then having to drive to a studio which can be pretty intimidating, especially for the kids, I prefer to meet you at a place of your choosing. If you choose a location, it will usually be a place you're familiar with, a place you have enjoyed in the past and if it brings back good memories, it almost always shows up in the images. The second reason is cost. By shooting on location I can keep my prices down because I don't have n expensive studio with the overhead to pay for, I do keep a home studio, but it is used for product photography.
