I consult with you about your needs and draw up a contract of services. Once the contract is agree to and signed, payment is required a month before the event. Once paid, then a reminder is sent 2-week prior to the event. I show up to the event with proper equipment and cover the event. Once the event is completed, depending on services, I edit images to the degree we discussed and post to my online gallery for you to review and download.
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due upon signing to secure the date. If Client cancels within 14 days of the event, the remaining balance is due in full. Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule due to weather or venue issues without additional fees, subject to availability.
