Hiya, friends! I'm Jaime... A storyteller, truth seeker, photo maker, Squarespace website designer, mentor, world traveler, mother, homeschool educator, and US Navy spouse with a great sense of humor and superhuman patience. My varied roles have long been about three main things: connection, creative storytelling, and serving others, young and old; I seek truth in all aspects of my life, in every session I undertake, and I live for documenting the connections we share with our loved ones, beauty in the mundane, and authenticity of the everyday... Or, as I like to call it, the beautiful messy everyday glory we call life.
I specialize in portrait, lifestyle, and documentary photography in the following categories: families, newborns & milestones, children of all ages, seniors, dancers, corporate and individual headshots, business branding, and high-volume school portraiture.

1. I LOVE game nights, snickerdoodles, and getting lost in a great book!
2. I've lived in 4 states - WI, TX, CA, IA. I lived in Australia for 2 months and hope to move there for a bit some day! 😊
3. I'm studying to become a travel agent specializing in Australia, Alaska, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, France, and New Zealand.
4. I love all things snow - building snowmen, forts, tubing, skiing, snow angels, and yes... even shoveling!
5. I am terrified of clowns... It all started with bozo. ????
6. My littles & I are die-hard Melboure Demons fans -- Australia Rules footy, look it up. 😊
7. I dearly love to laugh and think it's a cure for just about anything.
8. I can recite all 50 states alphabetically in 20 seconds.
9. I love LIVE music and rollerskating!!
10. I really don't like pickles (or folding laundry).
11. I shoot with Canon 5d Mk III & Mk IV cameras using my left eye, both eyes open.
12. I wear cowboy boots or Birkenstocks with everything.
13. I love the words ninja, persnickety, wicked, stoked, sweeeeet.
14. I often make up my own ridonkerous words as well.
15. I've been known to make a mean pineapple upside-down cheesecake; my quesadillas aren't bad, either.
16. I love summer storms and dancing in the rain.
17. I LIVE for photo-traveling the world with my not-so-little-littles - we've covered 1/2 the US & 2 countries together.
18. I looooove yummy light and the shades of fall.
19. My family lives across the US, from middle-of-nowhere Alaska to Michigan.
20. Every age and stage have been my favorite, where my littles are concerned. Yes, even 2!
21. I am certified to teach English as a 2nd language.
