If for any reason THE CLIENT cancels before THE EVENT(S) date(s), THE CLIENT forfeits THE EVENT(S) retainer paid to book the service as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, and sent to THE COMPANY by e-mail, at least 24 hours prior to the date of THE EVENT(S). However, the fee can be credited towards a future EVENT(S) if THE CLIENT reschedules by calling to THE COMPANY at least 72 hours prior to the date of THE EVENT(S) and make a re-booking at an agreeable date and time. THE COMPANY will do its best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new EVENT(S) date(s) is available and within six (06) months of the original EVENT date(s). If THE COMPANY is not available for the new EVENT(S) date(s), the original agreement will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
