Every session begins with a conversation. We start with a consultation to get to know you—your story, your style, and what you want to remember most. From there, we plan your session with intention, choosing the right location, wardrobe, and artwork goals. After your session, we hand-edit your images and present them during a personalized Gallery Unveiling, where you’ll select your favorites and design heirloom artwork together. From first meeting to final delivery, it’s a guided, collaborative experience designed to feel personal, easy, and meaningful—never rushed or cookie-cutter.
Do you offer a pre-session consultation?
Yes—every session begins with a pre-session consultation. It’s a core part of our process and helps us design your session with intention. Do you have a studio?
Yes! Our studio is located inside The Mercantile Building in Burlington, Wisconsin—a beautifully restored space that offers charm, privacy, and an upscale atmosphere. It’s available by appointment only, allowing us to give each client a relaxed, uninterrupted experience. Whether you're coming in for headshots, portraits, or a consultation, the studio is designed to feel welcoming and creative—from the first hello to your final artwork reveal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for as much notice as possible—ideally at least 7 days in advance—so we can adjust our calendar and honor other clients’ time as well. Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe. In the case of emergencies or illness, we're always happy to work with you to find a new date that fits.
