

George P. Joell III has been a professional photographer for over 21 years and has photographed over 800 Wedding.
He has photographed wedding from the coast of California, to the shores of North and South Carolina. He currently lives in Fayetteville, NC with his lovely wife Millie. He has taught many Workshops for the Professional Photographers of America, Professional Photographers of North Carolina, Professional Photographers of Virginia, The Professional Photographers of Michigan, The Photographic Society of the Triangle, and other local Photography Groups. He has also shared his knowledge with other PPA affiliate organizations. George is a member of the PPA, where he served as a Councilor and is currently serving on the Board of Directors as a Director. He is also a member of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina (PPNC). George is a past President
of the PPNC and is currently the Chairman of the Board. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Information Systems Management, and Pierce College in Washington State with an AS in Technology-General. He has also earned the Craftsmen Photography Degree from the PPA. George has earned an Associate’s Fellowship and Fellowship Degree from the PPNC. George recently won the the PPA National Award. The PPA National Award is the highest award given to a PPA Affiliate Member. He is a retired Army Veteran with 24 years of Service.
