Have you ever heard about a person who gets up before the crack of dawn to take a photo of a sunrise or a sage grouse? What about a person who drives on county roads all day to get one good photo of a wildflower or wildlife? Well, that person is me! My photographic interests are as varied as the landscape of the West. Breathtaking vistas, old or unique buildings and wildlife take center stage in my camera to create works of art. A lot of luck and skill gets me the photo I am looking for, even though it may not seem so at the time. Through my photos, you can truly see the beauty that is forever present in the West. I have my favorite places that I like to take photos, in Wyoming and Colorado. Centrally located in southern Wyoming allows me to capture the best of both states, from Yellowstone Park and the Grand Tetons to the Spanish Peaks in Colorado. My travels are not limited to Wyoming and Colorado and when given the opportunity, I take my camera everywhere I go to capture distinctive sights.
