After a customer initially reaches out, I'll set up a short call to confirm the details from your initial contact and ask any followup questions I need to determine if I'm the right fit for the customer. Once that's been established, I'll schedule a meeting, preferably face-to-face, with the client to fully understand thier vision for the photoshoot, choose a date for the shoot, and provide a quote for the shoot. Once the customer has accepted the quote, a contract will be sent to the customer to sign, as well as a invoice to pay the deposit for the shoot. From there, I typically meet with the client once or twice more to finalize details of the photoshoot, like location options and wardrobe. One the day of the shoot, I'll arrive about 30 mins early to get setup so that we can begin as soon as the client arrives and is ready. After the shoot, I will upload the photos and set up another meeting with the client to choose which photos they want to use. From there I will make the final edits and upload to your own live online gallery where you can download the images and purchase prints directly.

A small studio. I prefer to shoot outdoors, but if needed, I have several local studios that I can rent for photoshoots.
Once a contract has been signed, if the customer needs to reschudule or cancel the photoshoot, notice must be given at least 14 days before the photoshoot to recieve a full refund of the deposit. If it is less that 14 days from the photoshoot, the deposit will not be refunded, but I will offer dates to reschedule the shoot. If I, the photographer, have to cancel the photoshoot for any reason, the client has the option to reschedule the shoot (at no charge) or they will be refunded the deposit in full.
