Can you walk me through your process?
After initial contact we schedule a meeting with clients to go through our workflow and try to identify what are our clients needs and how we think we can meet those needs. If we agree to move forward, we send out our contract and schedule the shoot. We also prep the client on types of colors and patterns work together and as the shoot gets closer we prefer to look at samples of the outfits and options. Afters the shoot we within a week we provide first looks and schedule a date to view their print gallery. Once the final selections are make we send the files to the lab for the prints and albums.

No, but we can rent one if the client desires
What is your cancellation policy?
Weddings - you have 3 days to cancel or the cancel fee is equal to booking fee. For all other services you have 3 days to cancel the contract or the cancel fee is $75
