Wilson Photography

I remember having a camera as far back as July 4th, 1976. I got my first pro camera in 1987 and my world really changed. I started seeing the world in a new way. In 2004 I made the leap to digital and started my business, Wilson Photography. Since then, I've specialized in portraits and commercial/industrial, as well as fine art. Around 2009 I founded the Four State Photography Enthusiasts (FSPE), a group for photographers of any age and skill level. We have meetings in Joplin, Mo., once a month, it's always educational and always free. I feel that the strength of the photography community is in sharing. Our meetings average around 25 members but our FaceBook presence claims over 2400 members worldwide. I've also been a guest speaker at Crowder College and Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) and currently am on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Professional Photographers Association. Photography has become my life.
