Hi, my name is Cristian López, I am an Atlanta based photographer. My goal is to make you feel confident, bold, and empowered. I take the time to really listen and understand my clients, in order to give them a personalized experience.

I am self-taught. Photography came to me naturally in 2010. I have been studying and practicing the art ever since, and in 2016 came to Atlanta to keep evolving my craft. My style is creative, bold and adaptable.

When I’m not working on photography, you can find me learning everything I can about marketing, seeking community partnerships, and working on personal projects. When I get some free time, you can catch me riding my bike around the atlanta beltline, working out, hiking, or just enjoying a nice walk.

Can you walk me through your process?
Wedding photography is basically a big event with smaller events happening throughout the day. Most weddings have a combination of both (classic posed photos) and photojournalistic (candid, spontaneous photos).  Some examples of posed photos we do are: bride/groom getting ready, couples portraits, bridal party photos, and family photos. These types of photos are all posed and stylized by me, and my style is to give a natural feel to them. Photos at the ceremony and reception are spontaneous moments and we capture them as they happen, that’s where more of the photojournalistic style comes in. The magic happens when photos look like they haven’t been posed at all. I’ll give you tips and directions, and we’ll find or create the right lighting and angles. It will be a wonderful experience.

What is your cancellation policy?
For portraits - Client forefeits their session retainer paid to book the session. Fee can be credited towards a future session. For weddings - Clients can cancel within 30 days of booking and at least 60 days prior to the event. Photographer will keep retainer fees. Clients can rebook within 6 months of the original date and no fee will be charged.
