From there we plan the session, photograph either at your location or in our downtown Knoxville studio, review images during the session whenever possible, professionally edit the selected images, and deliver them in a timely manner. Our goal is to make the entire process organized, efficient, and hassle-free.
Do you offer a pre-session consultation?
Yes. Every project begins with a conversation about your goals, branding, scheduling, locations, and image usage. Proper planning helps the session run smoothly and ensures the final images meet your expectations.
Will you help style me?
Absolutely. We provide guidance on clothing, colors, backgrounds, posing, and expression before and during the session so you look professional, approachable, and confident. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Do you have a studio?
Yes. We have a fully equipped studio in downtown Knoxville, and we also bring a complete portable studio to your office or location. Having both options allows us to recommend the environment that best supports your project while providing consistent, professional results.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know as early as possible. We'll work with you to find another date whenever we can. Specific cancellation terms are provided with each project proposal.
