C.E.Smith Photography

I am a retired 22 year Navy/Army veteran, turned civil Service employee. I began my photography journey once I joined the Navy in 1984 straight out of high school. Ever since that day I have had a love for capturing (NOUNS), people, places, and things. I love trying new things, visiting new places, accepting assignments I have never done before. I started my business in 2012 under the name of C.E.Smith Photography. I have loved every minute of it. I currently reside in Hinesville Georgia and work full time as an IT Specialist for the US Army. When not working on the base, you can usually find me on the sideline of one of the local high school sporting events. That brings me so much joy in capturing the play of the students. My proudest moment was when a student approached me and said, thank you for photographing me, I have never seen myself in the paper. That really felt good to hear from a stranger. I volunteer for the local paper "The Coastal Courier, and a local magazine "912 Sports". I have been featured in "In the Game Magazine" with a few covers and featured profiles. I love what I do and do what I love.
