I'm Biz Kellam, a portrait, headshot, and branding photographer based in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. Will you help style me?
I offer wardrobe consultation as part of my pre-session services. Hair & Makeup Artist is available upon request as add on to session fees or is included in special sessions.
Do you have a studio?
Available upon request, I primarily shoot on location.
What is your cancellation policy?
If Client submits a written reschedule request at least 48 hours prior to Session, the Initial Non-Refundable Payment may be applied to a new Session date within the calendar year.  If the Client’s reschedule request is submitted within 48 hours but greater than 24 hours of the Session, Client will be required to remit a payment of $150.00 (“Reschedule Fee”). If Client fails to show or cancels less than 24 hours before the Session, the Non-Refundable Payment will be forfeited.  All persons to be photographed must be on site and ready to begin photo session at start of session time. Should Client arrive late to Session, the amount of time past commencement of Session will be deducted from the time allotted for Session.  Any more than 15 minutes late (without calling photographer) Photographer is no longer obligated to stay and wait for the Client. Client will forfeit their time slot and all retainer fees are non refundable. Photographer will not provide a partial refund or other compensation.
