All of my services come with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, view, use, display and print information on the Good Bones Photography LLC site, including all the materials provided hereon, for your personal, informational, and property marketing uses only.
I will schedule a photoshoot with a real estate professional. They would prepare the property or have the owners prepare it. I walk through the property and put finishing touches on the property prior to shooting. After the shoot I edit the photos/video/floorplan and upload the finished products to my project management website for the client to preview prior to downloading and paying.
No, however I do offer a pre-shoot preparation of the property.
I can help consult on what photographs would benefit the property or what highlights will make the property stand out.
All orders are subject to a $50 cancellation fee the difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
