Do you offer digital files?
Yes. Every image used in the creation of a product is also provided as a digital file.
Can you walk me through your process?
Contact > Book > Pre-Consultation via Zoom or in Person > Photoshoot Day > Viewing & Ordering Session (Approximately 1-4 weeks later, depending on shoot type) > Delivery of Product
Do you offer a pre-session consultation?
Yes. At booking, we'll choose a good day/time. We can either meet in person or via Zoom. It's during the pre-consultation that we discuss the details of your photoshoot.
Will you help style me?
Yes. Depending on which session you've chosen, I️ will make suggestions for clothing. You are welcome to bring your own. You are also welcome to use the studio wardrobe. If, between us, we don't have what we're looking for, I️ will help find options, usually online, to buy or rent wardrobe pieces.
Do you have a studio?
A dedicated studio space? No. A private studio space that I rent as needed from the Heritage Meeting House? Yes.
What is your cancellation policy?
The booking fee is a non-refundable retainer. The retainer can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
