What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation from the booking date and more than one month before the scheduled date will be given a full refund or transferred to another date. b. Cancellation with notice less one month prior to session, deposit can be transferred to another date and will be non-refundable. c. If the client is late to the session and the agreed-upon time, the client forfeits the retainer and it becomes non-refundable and non transferable at that time.
