This little business of mine started in 2012 as an expansion of my love of nature and landscape fine art photography. I quickly fell in love with photographing people as well. ​I work with fun families to document life's most precious moments, the beauty in day-to-day life, and everything in between in Pensacola, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Pensacola Beach, and beyond.

I specialize in capturing the stages of family and parenthood through maternity, newborn, milestone, high school senior portrait, and family photography. I create timeless heirlooms by capturing your family's connections, emotions, and moments in a fun, natural way. My name is "Finding Beauty in the Ordinary," but I don't want to just find the everyday beauty - I want to showcase it!

I'm a wife, bio mom of 1, and bonus mom of 2. I still consider north Alabama "home," but I've lived on the Gulf Coast since early '05. I'm a volunteer photographer for the National Park Service within the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and in my "spare time," you can find me driving my kids to all of their various activities.
Things I love: photography (duh), anything involving being on, in, or near the water, furry animals, Auburn football (War Eagle), travel and going on adventures, reading, watching movies, cooking, loud music, and cold brew coffee.

Do you have a studio?
No. I photograph sessions on location and in my client's homes.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% retainer is required to book all sessions. Retainers are ONLY refundable if a sessions has to be cancelled due to inclement weather and is unable to be rescheduled due to the client's travel dates. If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of FBO Photography, the photographer may elect to use an alternative location or reschedule the session. It is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Photographer immediately of any other requested changes.
