What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason Clients cancel this Agreement more than 30 days before the elopement date, Company will keep the Retainer and all other service payments made by Clients up to the date of notice of cancellation as liquidated damages. Clients are additionally responsible for compensating Company for any already incurred travel fees beyond the Retainer and other service fees, but Clients shall not be responsible for the remaining balance due. Cancellation must be made in writing and sent email via the Notice provision. Receipt of email must be obtained by Company for a valid cancellation to occur. If Clients fails to supply written cancellation as specified or cancels within 30 days of the elopement date, Clients shall be required to pay the full balance due. In the event Company determines, in its sole discretion, that it cannot or will not perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances including, but not limited to, injury, illness, death of family member, pregnancy, military orders, religious obligations, or other personal emergencies, it will: Immediately give Notice to Clients; Attempt to find another competent professional to take its place with the mutual agreement of Clients; If another competent professional is not available or Clients do not agree to transfer of obligations to said alternate professional, Company will issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of services rendered; and Excuse Clients of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.
