Salt + Noelle
Salt + Noelle is a conservation and wildlife media studio based dockside at Channel Islands Harbor, California. Founded by Alexis Noelle Galasso, the studio produces photography, video, long-form storytelling, and strategic consulting for conservation nonprofits, tourism boards, and mission-driven brands. All fieldwork follows our Admire from Afar™ methodology: long lenses, distance, and no disturbance.
Alexis spent 15+ years in digital strategy and global marketing in roles at Universal Music Group and Apple before turning to her own studio full-time. She's a Sony Alpha photographer and holds one of three photography certifications awarded globally through Sea Otter Savvy's Community Active Wildlife Stewards (CAWS) program. She currently serves as their fractional Director of Marketing and Development. Her work was selected for the Griffin Museum of Photography's Enduring Ground online exhibition in 2026.
