Hi, I'm Katie. I'm a photographer and I get told often that I have a calming effect on people. Turns out that's a pretty useful quality for a wedding photographer. After all, I see people during one of the most emotional days of their lives…and I wouldn't have it any other way. Being there to capture every hilarious, joy-filled, tender moment on your big day is why I do what I do. And I'd love to tell your story and help you relive the magic of your day again and again.

I am a documentary-style photographer, which means I like to keep it real. Simply put, I believe your wedding day should be as uninterrupted, unscripted and unforgettable as possible. This means way less time posing in front of the camera and way more time out on the dance floor with family and friends.

After all, you spent months planning the perfect wedding, you deserve to enjoy every moment of it, and I'll be there to capture everything as it happens.

Don't worry - we'll get some beautiful formal photos too. When the time comes, I'll find the best lighting and backgrounds and snap away so we can get you back to your party as soon as possible.
