Jerry has been taking and making photographs literally since he was 10. The bug hit him on a family vacation after he was asked to do a photo of his parents. That for him is where the excitement of photography started.

He would later graduate from RIT School of Photography with an AS in photographic science and hasn't looked back since. Starting his first photographic business in Hawaii. Today, he is the owner of both Hawaiianpix Photography in Hawaii and The Virginia Photography Company, in Virginia. Jerry has relocated to San Antonio Tx. in Aug. of 2021, operating and traveling literally coast to coast for commercial clients.

It became apparent that Jerry would have to begin booking his time between, travel art photography, commercial and portrait work as he redefined his business following the 2020 pandemic. This led him to Texas to divide his distance between the coasts & clients, allowing him to manage travel and expenses wisely.

Jerry's work as garnered multiple image awards & magazine spreads. He also spent 20 yrs a an educator for the Pacific New Media at the University of Hawaii and has worked for companies like Technicolor, Kodak & Konica. Most recently Jerry added a Part 107 pilot's license to his list of accomplishments, adding drone photo and video to his long 35 yr resume' in the photographic business.
