Jeannie Blinson Thomson is a certified professional photographer and portrait artist known for her vibrant, heartfelt pictures and personalized approach during each and every photo session. Through the course of over two decades, she has been honing her craft professionally. However, she has been infinitely passionate about photography since the moment she first held a camera and peered through its lens of infinite possibilities. To date, she has worked with children of all ages and even grumpy fathers who didn’t want their pictures taken at first, but wound up smiling for the camera anyway due to her friendly and even humorous demeanor.

Both compassionate and equally as dedicated, Jeannie is on a mission to capture timeless moments that families can look back on for years and even generations to come. She also strives to awaken people to their own innate beauty and luminosity through her eyes and leave the world in a better state than when she first entered it. As a boutique studio photographer, she steers clear of high-volume shoots to ensure each of her clients feels like a top priority.

When she doesn’t have a camera in hand, Jeannie is either holding a book or a gardening tool. She also enjoys attending church to strengthen her sense of community and purpose. Above all, she cherishes quality family time with her amazing husband of 14 years, her wonderful and imaginative ten-year-old boy, and their rambunctious five-year-old Siberian husky. As a loving mother, she puts her all into ensuring her son grows up to become a happy, healthy, and thoughtful young man.

I would say my style is classic, prefering to keep colors and tones true.
What photography services do you offer?
I absolutely love photographing children, newborns, pets and family portraits. I also love helping others see themselves at their best through professional business portraits and commercial work.
What photography items do you offer?
Wall art in the form of classically framed portraits, contemporary canvases, heirloom albums that can be passed down for generations to come, and table top gift prints.
Do you offer digital files?
While I do offer digital files, I like to express the responsibility that comes with them. You want your images to be printed the highest quality possible and our professional lab can ensure just that.
Can you walk me through your process?
Yes, absolutely! I am customer centric and am here to help from the wardrobe consultation to selecting and placement of your wall art.
Do you offer a pre-session consultation?
Absolutely! I actually prefer we talk about your session beforehand so your vision is brought to life, exactly as you have dreamed it.
Do you have a studio?
I do have a studio location as well as the ability to photograph on location.
What is your cancellation policy?
In an effort to be fair to all of my clients, I request at least five days notice before canceling. I understand sickness and other issues arise and we can make arrangements to better suit your situation.
