I have been studying photography since 2009 and working professionally since 2011. I spent almost a decade traveling the world (while documenting it all) until coming home to Philadelphia to launch my career full time as a freelance visual storyteller. In 2018, I earned a graduate certificate in Documentary Studies from the Salt Institute at Maine College of Art with a focus in photography and filmmaking. I have worked with institutions such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, WHYY News, Sundance Film Festival, and National Public Radio as both a photographer and videographer.
I bring my training as a photojournalist and documentary filmmaker to every project and assignment. I am available for hire for photography and videography projects in journalism, documentary, live music, concerts, events, festivals, portraiture, travel, and more. In addition to shooting, I also accept projects as a photo and video editor.
